The UP Open University Office of Gender Concerns participates in the Training on Gender Responsive Early Childhood Care and Development Program held on 22-25 October 2018 at the Balay Kalinaw, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
The training was conducted by the UP Center for Women and Gender Studies. Among the resource persons were Prof. Excelsa C. Tongson of the UPCWGS and the Department of Family Life and Child Development, College of Home Economics (CHE), UP Diliman; Gina Rose L. Chan of the UPCWGS; and Maria Cynthia D. Gealogo, Philippine Representative Representing Children’s Rights, ASEAN Commission on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Women and Children (ACWC).
Faculty and staff from different UP constituent units and various govern offices participated in the training.
